Steamed Spicy & Sour Kam Cheong fish (thai style)

Ingredients : Tomatoes, Celery, Dried Mushroom, Asam, Salty Asam Mui (ham shui kat), Cili Padi, 2 bowls of water, and few drops of fish paste (yu lou)

(you can add some glass noodles too)

Fried Long bean, eggplant & lady finger with cili sambal

(i will upload the cili sambal sample later)

I have to cook for the whole week after work since in-laws and kids already back to hometown. My husband asked me no need to cook la as I alway go home late ever since I work in this new company. But I insisted to cook because I'm tired of "outside" food lor!!! I prefer homecook and I know and I can adjust the taste that I want lor~~ no matter how tired I am..... but the satisfaction after husband told me that the food is "yummy yummy" and he can actually eat 3 bowls of rice.... I feel I feel I feel "sooonnnngggg~~~" because husband finished up all the dishes and rice....

She is growing up, I know

I called to Penang and talked to Ashley (Ian still don't know how to talk). I asked her "How are u?", "Are you happy there??", "Why you sound so sad?", "What happened to you?", "You don't like to stay in Penang?" I asked so many questions.... (if she is happy she will raise up her voice one, but these 2 days her voice was so down and sounded not happy) I know, I know, she is not happy at all. She only answered me after my questions :" Mommy, I want to come back to with you, I missed you so much, can you take leave and come to Penang meet me? I want you, I want you (she cried on the phone, and my tears dropped too) , I want you sleep with me"

This is the first time she missed me so much when she back to Penang. She is growing up, she knows that she will missed me so much.. I bet she will not back to Penang with my in-laws after this trip....

Today's lunch box for hubby and myself. Suddenly feel like eating fried rice, woke up at 6am and get this done by 6:15am. (I prepared all the ingredients last night since my kids are not around).

My 2 kids in Penang now

Yes, today my 2 kids are back to Penang for the whole week with my in-laws...

I'm yet to receive call from them...

I'm waiting for my girl and boy to call.... waiting for their call and tell me that " Mommy, we are in Penang now, and I miss you so much!"

Sometimes, I feel very mad/angry to them because they were too naughty at home, how I wish I can have a peaceful mind.... but now, when they are away I will missed them like crazy...

My 1st time Homemade Siu Loong Pau

Ashley has been asking for "siu loong pau" for 2 weeks ago. We brought her to restaurant and she grabbed the whole 4 pcs of siu loong pau. After the day, I decided to learn "homemade siu loong pau" for Ashley since she loves it so much.

I steamed 12 pcs and she finished 6 pcs of siu loong pau. Imagine how much she loves it eventhough I don't think is the perfect homemade siu loong pau, but I really feel Happy because she told me that : " Mommy, please do more for me next time, I love Mommy's cooking". I feel so satisfied after she told me that.. and I will keep it up my cooking skills.... and everytime after she finished the food that cooked by me, she will tell me " Mommy, i love your cooking, and the food so delicious, i love to eat at home rather than restaurant" ... after she told me.. i almost melted...

See how happy was Ashley. Finally Daddy brought her to have her favourite "siu loong pau"!! Opss, forgot to take the photos~~ we were too hungry ler`~
and my little boy very excited too... he refused to let us feed him nowadays~~
and He wants to hold the cup by himself~~
Ashley had a big bowl of noodle soup and she managed to finish all!!~~

Looking for Good Catering Services

Anyone there knows any good catering services out there? Anyone can recommend me or introduce me the best catering in town? I'm desperately looking for a caterer for my company monthly staff gathering dinner in our company. The most important is the food is suitable for my Hong Kong Dato' and Datin and of course is Halal Catering.

So far, I know the best for me is Han Nam Fong Catering Services. But still looking for the another best, because it might be bored if I keep on repeating the same caterer. I need something new, and best.
