Salted Lime - 腌制咸柑桔

Salted Lime  腌制咸柑桔
 制法:
1) 将玻璃瓶洗净、晾乾。
2) 将柑桔洗乾淨,然後晒干。
3) 然后一层盐, 一层柑桔放进玻璃瓶,最后铺上粗盐。
4) 将玻璃瓶放到陰涼地方保存,至少3个月。柑桔腌制时间越长,颜色越黑,功效越好。

功效 :
喉咙不适, 喉咙痛, 发热气, 化痰、助于消化, 肚子痛(吃错东西), 咳嗽, 声音沙哑有一定的疗效。


Methods:
1) Get ready a glass bottle, make sure the bottle is clean and dry.
2) Wash the limes and dry all of them.
3) Pour a layer of salt, add limes onto the salt, and repeat the step continuously.
4) Keep the bottle for at least 3 months. The longest you keep the best effectiveness.

Sore throat, throat irritating, body heats. reduce phlegm , digestive, food poisoning, cough, voice breaking
