I have made this Loh Mai Kai for 2nd time and the 1st was failed, without giving up I tried 2nd time immediately the following day. YEAH, I have successfully made this super more steps and complicated recipe for this loh mai kai. My daughter whacked the whole loh mai kai and of course this is one of her favorites dim sum.

Just make this curry puff and keeping this recipe for almost 1 year... Got this recipe from my mother in law's friend when she visited to our house. Interested to have this recipe? yeah.. I'm gonna share this recipe with you if you intend to make for your loves one... and today, I have make few and keep some for Hubby as he is away to Pulau Weh for his dive trip! Sure he will loves this curry puff,...

(the outcome supposed a crispy layer puff, but I accidentally added all ingredients and margarine pastry in a same dough, and surprisingly outcome is excellent good)

Ingredients A: (crispy skin)
---------------
300gm   Medium Flour
1 Egg
5 oz      Cold Water
1 tbsp   Butter
pinch of salt
200gm pastry margarine

Ingredients B: (filling)
----------------------
250gm   minced meat
500gm   potatoes (cut into cube)
5tbsp     curry powder ( i use England curry powder)
some curry leaves
salt to taste
1/2 tsb   sugar

吃不完的KFC！

吃饱晚餐不久，突然很想吃KFC，望一下老公，而他也望了一下我！然后问我，又不懂想要吃什么了？嘻嘻，老公尽然知道我在想什么！他叫我赶快去冲凉啦！不然不带你去吃KFC。我高兴得不得了！冲了凉之后，就带了两个宝贝一起吃宵夜去！我们order了两碟dinner plate, 总共有六块炸鸡，老公两块，女儿两块，儿子一块，有没有搞错？我才有一块罢了？！很不爽咯！因为是我说craving for KFC的！没有变啦！暗垂！回到家，告诉老公，我很没有瘾咯！老公就笑我说，你不早讲？睡觉啦，不要想这么多啦！ok咯！睡咯！

第二天，老公晚上特别迟回家，9pm了，autogate “tak" 了一声，我快快站在门口等他下车（我每天都是同样动作）咦？为什么今天的老公下车特别慢的？为什么手很像拿着很特别的东西的？问他拿着什么咚咚？然后他说：”呐！你看我几疼你！昨晚你说不过瘾，现在我买了9 块KFC给你” 我，我，实在太感动了！没有想到老公尽然很在意我吃得不过瘾！9 快又太多了！我们吃剩2块鸡肉！怎么办呢？嘻嘻！告诉老公，留起来明天弄salad吧！因为老公超爱吃 salad 的！老公问：可以的咩？我就告诉他，可以的啦！那天晚上弄了一大盘的salad，连两个宝贝也爱吃！首先，我将两块KFC去烘香它！然后，把它切一长块，加了油麦菜，小番茄，鸡蛋，罐头玉粟蜀，然后thousand island 是不能没有的！之后，老公很想吃得很不够地说，下次KFC买多两块，然后可以弄salad! 哈哈！他上瘾了！！

After Ashley's and myself fully recovered past 2 days.. and now the virus attacked my hubby... he was very ill this round, fever for 3 days and this morning he went to clinic, nothing else, attacked by the same virus from us. But this time, Doctor requested him to wear mask and avoid stay near with kids and me. All of us dare not to talk to him, near him, and share our foods, I have to divided all and place a public chopstick on the table this time. Wish he get well soon.

I'm a bit worried about him because tonight hubby has organized a steamboat party in his own office for all his divers student. I have prepared everything, and perhaps tonight he is getting better... God bless...

High Fever Part III

After my son fully recovered from viral fever on 23/11. Myself fell into sick on the following days until today (5th day).. fever, sore throat, body bone pain.. according to doctor, viral fever can be contagious to anyone. Yesterday (Sunday), we attended Ashley's calligraphy competition in The Mines Exhibition Centre, I was not feeling so well, what to do? I have to support Ashley and she insisted to go for it. Bus, after her competition, Ashley told me that she is very cold, not feeling so well.. OMG! she has got fever 38C... so we went home and straight to clinic. After medicine, she feels better, but in the midnight, her temperature was 38.5 C... sweat a alot and quickly get her to change her shirt... this morning, her temperature was normal. But, after back from tuition class, her temperature was back to 38.5C again.. she refused to eat, and telling me that she has no appetite..I only can feed her medicine directly...few minutes later, I'm worried about my son although his fever just recovered, when I hugged him, his body is... hot.. Huh, how come like that one!!! .. I did the temperature test on him, the temperature is 37.6C... what happened to my family? Why the virus still around us and attack us for so long..

Barbie Doll Cake

I went for the hands on class today. The purpose is to enhanced my baking standard. And, of course due to few of them requested me to bake this barbie doll for their princess. OK, I am qualified now.. after attended the class, in my mind was like... huh, so easy one ah.. (maybe I already have the basic on it)Of course, I only will attend Chef Lai's baking class!! Her recipe and teaching styles are the best so far. Most importantly, she is a very patient Chef to teach each of the students till we know how to use the tools. Looking forward her next class this month end...

Lorenzo Queen Size Mattress

Supposedly to get Ashley "Sweet Dream" mattress anyway due to unforeseen circumstances so called "boss" is not free to deliver to me in time. So, might as well, myself to buy from Lorenzo since I need it soonest possible maa!! This mattress is only 9 inch height (actually not meet my requirement) but never mind la... the quality not so bad... hard type and good for kids and myself. But, Ashley says she likes the hard type mattress than soft one, and she knows that soft type is not good for back bone especially on her on growing stage. So, this mattress is Ashley's new mattress for her own room, and she is starting sleep on her own every night. And as for my son Ian, he will be sleep with his own room too.. BUT... daddy & mummy will be their sleeping partner for each!! hahaha.. Hubby feel uncomfortable without sleeping with them and he blames that gonna soon both kids don't want to sleep with daddy & mummy soon, so he wanted to sleep with his kids at this valuable periods before kicking out their daddy & mummy.

High fever Part II

1st visit in hospital

The first day fell into sick on 17/11(Wed), and the following day his fever was like 38.8 to 40C from the first day to 22/11(Mon). I couldn't sleep from the first day... brought him to clinic but the medicine doesn't work on him, I keep on monitoring on his temperature every 10 minutes. I was kinda worried that he refused to eat, drink. No choice, the 19/11(Fri), we brought him to KPJ, Kajang. My boy was extremely behave and cooperate with all doctor and nurses. The medical officer put us in priority due to his high fever and instructed me to bring my boy to bathroom to take a cold shower from head to toe. I was like "Oh my god, the hospital air-con is already very cold and you want me to put him on cold water!!" My hubby asked me to listen to the medical officer instruction otherwise my son won't recover soonest. No choice, I brought my son to bathroom and take a cold shower, and can't believed that my son never cry and scream nor complaint that the water is very cold, and he really listened to me and the nurses. (i think my son knew that he is really sick). Amazingly, my son body temperature has reduced. Then we proceed to see Doctor, and my son is not necessary to admit unless his body temperature is still high after 3 days, then we need to bring him back to hospital for blood test.

2nd visit

22/11 (Mon), the fever still high as 40C and bring my son for 2nd visit in KPJ Kajang. At this time, my son is required to do a blood test. He was such a brave boy, never cry or refused on the blood test. (we asked him why he never cry, he replied us "daddy, mummy and jie jie asked me don't panic and cry mah, so I don't want to cry lor!) After waiting for an hour, the blood test report is out, report shown that no dengue (thanks god) but viral fever and this fever will bring up to 10 days... oh no, still got 3 days to go!!

While waiting for the report, we were eating at the cafeteria. slurps~~ the cantonese yee mee was so delicious!~ my daughter is very particular on foods, and she really can finish the whole plate of noodle means that is really yummy to her. I'm proud of her during this period, because she helped me to take care of her brother and supportive to her brother. (Although they fight everyday, but when someone is not feeling well they sure will give supportive and look after each other) Hubby & me supposed not allow jie jie to follow us to hospital due to there are many virus and germs in the hospital especially emergency department, but she told us that she wants follow because she wants to be with her brother and accompany him if her didi cries. Then hubby said let her follow la since didi also need someone to play with in the hospital. She also bought some story books for her didi to read, daddy the first time to become the kids story teller!!

What happens after we back home from 2nd visit hospital, I called my mom, and my dad & mom was super duper worried on their grandson!!! They can't even work, and rush to "Chinese wholesale house" @ Jalan Ipoh to buy this super expensive powder which is called 箭猪粉 in English called as "porcupine bezoar" what's so special about this powder, I will tell you more on my next blog! According to my mom, she bought less than 3gm and cost her RM300... on that night itself, my mom & dad rush to my house and feed my son for 1gm and guess what??!!! My son sweats non-stop till 2nd day morning. And the body temperature from 40C to 37.5C after eating 箭猪粉 "porcupine bezoar" in 30 minutes!! Heard from my dad that only certain Chinese herbal shop sell this powder and the price is up to RM10,000 above for the first grade and this powder is specialized on infection,dengue and cancer, 100% can heal from the sickness.

On 23/11, Tuesday, my son is fully recovered. Special thanks to all friends given me so much of supportive. But of course my parents letting them to worry on me so much, they afraid I can't handle my son and allowed me to stay at home till my son is fully recovered. (I feel myself lucky because I'm working for my dad, and they are such an understanding boss to me)

Thought of today will be his last day in Q-Dees and let him plays with his friends. Unfortunately, he fell into sick since yesterday.. the heat was like 38C to 39C till now.. I am not so worried since his appetite is very good. Request for milk, water, rice, and noodles. But, of course I won't let him eat rice lor..

My son requested hubby & me.. :" Mummy, after my dinner, please bring me to Jusco, I long time didn't go Jusco already (in fact, he just went last night)..." Then I told him "you can go but make sure you eat medicine otherwise fever cannot go Jusco" and he replied me :" OK, no problem, I need shower before I go Jusco, you see, my body sweating and smelly, if not I cannot go shopping one" *fainted*

Steamed Yam Cake

Always feel like make Yam Cake at home, and it is about a year ago. Wind don't know blew from which part to me.. hahaha.. finally, I cooked and taste good (recipe from Agnes Chang).. like her recipes very much, not too salty and outcome always "perfect"!! Highly recommend her recipe books... : P Would like to share the recipe here -

Ingredients:
600gm      yam, cleaned and diced
4 tbsp    dried prawns, socked and pounded
3 tbsp      chopped tai tou choy (preserved vegetable) - i didnt put this
1 tsp        five spice powder
4 pips garlic, chopped
6 tbsp oil

Batter (mixed and stained):
300gm    rice flour
75gm        tapioca flour - i use butterfly corn flour
1200ml water
1/2tsp       alkaline water

Seasonings:
1 cube chicken stock
1/2tsp pepper
salt to taste

Garnishing:
spring onion, red chillies, fried shallots

METHODS:
1. Heat up oil, saute garlic until fragant, add dried prawn and stir fry until aromatic. Add yam, tai tau choy, five spice powder and stir fry until fragant.

2. Add batter, seasonings and stir until batter is half-cooked. Taste and pour mixture into a at least 22cm steaming tray. Steam with high heat for 1 hour until cooked. (I steamed 1 hour and 25 minutes)

3. Remove from heat, sprinkle all garnishing on top and leave to cool.

Irritating sounds

I have changed 4 units of new doors for the 4 rooms during renovation. And, all in white coated paint... after 2 months later, the door blade's joint has occurs very irritating sound... Hubby told me that he will buy the "oil" to reduce and sound but until 1 week later, he totally forgotten everything and seems no action at all. Till yesterday midnight, I really "beh tahan" the sound, and keep on searching my room, ask myself what can I do with the doors? After a few minutes, I open my chest drawer, and I saw my body lotion!!! Hahaha.. Don't bother too much, just quickly apply alot of lotion on the blades, after that I pull the door back and front for several times, and guess what? The irritating sound has gone!!! Hooray.... I actually can solved by myself!

Privacy

Just very MAD at those people do not know what is privacy!! I am seriously very very mad now!! What's happening? Let me tell you...

Since 2 months ago, my MIL's sister shifted to near my house (same row. luckily not next to me)... And she is now everyday lunch and dinner in my house!! I initially don't really like her because of her personality, damn annoying me.. what say so? We hardly move far away because hubby and I don't like people disturb our life... and last year, she insisted to buy a house near to us.. and my MIL helped her to LOOK a house here...
and this is ended of the buying house and she is permanent staying next to us...

Now, everyday she comes to my house, go to my kids room, my room touch this and that.. I really don't like such people get involved my life and I need privacy.. I have been staying here for 4 years and I feel comfortable but ever since she moved to our area, she everyday come to my house and trying to be "helpful", and I really don't need that "helpful hand".. all the while I do the house cores myself, and I never ask her to do so... adjust my room's thing, adjust my kids room's table.. adjust my garden plants.. I'm gonna burst!!!!

Friends, advise me, what can I do? If I tell my MIL she sure will say, aunt only help you.. a typical MIL I have too... I DAMN MADDDDDD now!!! I was just thinking, this is my house why should I give faces to them and I can just voice out and ask her to stop to do so, right? But my hubby stop me!! HOW lar??!!!!!

(Nippon Paint Odourless is my first choice for painting work in my house, and for roller blinds I choose color sandstone for roller blinds, because I afraid in 1 day my kids tells me that she wants to change her wall color from pink & purple to light blue/yellow. My favorite plant, planted this quite some times... and cooked this with spaghetti, and "3 cup chicken" 三杯鸡。。 really love the smell but my hubby doesn't like the smell, I only cook this while he is outstation... luckily I have a "kaki" love to eat this with me.. she is my daughter Ashley... Salted Lime - 腌制咸柑桔

Salted Lime 腌制咸柑桔

制法：
1) 将玻璃瓶洗净、晾乾。
2) 将柑桔洗乾淨，然後晒干。
3) 然后一层盐, 一层柑桔放进玻璃瓶，最后铺上粗盐。
4) 将玻璃瓶放到陰涼地方保存，至少3个月。柑桔腌制时间越长，颜色越黑，功效越好。

功效 :
喉咙不适, 喉咙痛, 发热气, 化痰、助于消化, 肚子痛(吃错东西), 咳嗽, 声音沙哑有一定的疗效。

Methods:

1) Get ready a glass bottle, make sure the bottle is clean and dry.

2) Wash the limes and dry all of them.

3) Pour a layer of salt, add limes onto the salt, and repeat the step continuously.

4) Keep the bottle for at least 3 months. The longest you keep the best effectiveness.

Effectiveness:

Sore throat, throat irritating, body heats. reduce phlegm , digestive, food poisoning, cough, voice breaking

After 4 years of staying in our own house, Hubby & I decided to upgrade our house, as parents & family are doing construction and ID works, I have to loan workers from them for 30 days. Neighbors called our workers "superman" because they eyed our workers from beginning to completion of work within 30 days, they are just can't believed that...hahaha.. ok ok, many of them ask me how much it cost me for this renovation... Market Price is RM80k to 90K inclusive of painting work for the whole house...as for my own cost, i can't announce here unless you are same industry with me then you will know how much does this renovation work cost me.!

The very hard time has over, why say so? I hate the irritating sound of hacking, the dust, the mess of house... that is why, I encourage house owner better do their renovation in one time before you move into your dream home...

Mee Hoon Ker @ 板面

星期天的午餐又煮MeeHoonKer吃了。。什么是MeeHoonKer？我们福建人所叫的MeeHoonKer 就是板面！而所谓的面粉糕！每当煮这道美食我就会想起我的阿嫲！

以前阿嫲每个星期都会煮她最拿手的麦片面粉糕给全家人吃，一煮就是面粉 2 kilo 供一家20 口！！宵夜才煮的！很想念我的阿嫲，虽然她已离开了我们有16 年，而那时我才Form 5, 阿嫲的一点一滴我都还记得一清二楚。虽然我们是一个大家族，但家规大顺女一定要学煮饭，听阿公，阿嫲的指示，爸爸妈妈为了尊重长辈，奉旨我一定要学烹饪！我很讨厌，很讨厌这种生活，家里又不是没有工人，可以教工人煮的嘛！同学朋友都当我是千金小姐，所以我没有什么朋友，我很自卑。其实我很想告诉他们我的生活不是那么豪华，我也是要做家务的，而他们才是不用做家务的！

然后爸爸告诉我，公公喜欢自己家人煮饭菜的，公公很注重亲情，我们一定要听！但公公又特别爱阿嫲，阿嫲不用煮！媳妇和大孙女一定要煮！

在我结婚了以后，我一点也不后悔，因为以前的苦练是给于我自己的。。所以我很感恩！不然的话，我就不会煮MeeHoonKer这一道美食。女儿和儿子也独爱我煮的MeeHoonKer。。

She said she is alright with it, because she has no time to line up to buy food and wasting her time... I saw this fruit in Jusco Supermarket... name 沙梨,(sa lei) in Penang I know people call this "umbra"...
It makes my saliva drops when I see so many in the tray... don't bother too much and grap 1 packet of Sa Lei back home... quickly wash with salt, then cut some chilies padi, sugar and dark thickened soya.... wow, yummylicious i could say...

Health Report

Found my own immune system not so well since a year ago... I will fall into sick anytime ever since I miscarriage during CNY... the most worrying me is I loose weight alot from 50kg to 44kg to-date.. what's wrong with me? too tired? pressure? stress? NO.. I quit my PA job almost for 2 years and join my dad's company till now, i don't think i have any job pressure now (because i only go to work after settle down my kids work and i only work from 12pm to 4pm everyday)...

Especially my shoulder, backbone pain after I ate lot of prawns, eggs for almost every week... (if i eat little i won't feel the pain)... OMG, I asked myself, am I having high cholesterol, low sugar??Heart problem? and Can't breath smoothly.... How come so many friends visit me recently... I was abit panic, if I go for medical check up what if the report shown that my health got problem such as cancer? liver problem? IF I'm really sick, who can take care of my 2 kids? And, I haven't change my EPF, SOCSO beneficiary to my 2 kids... my insurance should Add-on premiums for my2 kids.. (I think I'm too lebih to think all of these negatives thing)

After a few months, I decided to go for medical check up because if I don't go for it, I will die faster for thinking of so many negatives one... till last 3 weeks, I went to one of the nearest clinic for medical check up.... Doctor asked me to wait for 3 to 5 days, and he will give me a call.. after 4 days, the doctor called me up.. when I reached the clinic Doctor informed me :" CONGRATULATIONS!! your report shown that you are 100% in good health, NO WORRIES!!"

After the report, I force myself to double boiled red dates, tong sum water & bird nest for my hubby, 2 kids and myself every week.... after a month, I really can see our immune system improved a lot, especially myself...

That is why, mummy plays a very important roles for hubby & kids. Kids are still too young, I really don't want to leave 2 kids without me... as a mummy of me, I must take good care of myself first... agree?

一大早：

星期天如果没有回娘家，我就是奉旨要连续三餐下厨给两个宝贝吃，就是要他们享受mummy的味道！也不会到外面吃，除非有特别的节目或我真的懒惰煮咯！两个宝贝一早就会问，今天有回婆婆家吗？如果我回答说，今天公公婆婆要开会了，不用去，又或者我说，你们两个坏蛋不能回婆婆家，他们就会大哭，然后自己打点给婆婆说：“婆婆，妈咪坏蛋！，不给我们回bungalow（婆婆家）你们现在来载我们！我要公公驾ｖｏｌｖｏ来！（我的两个实在给我爸妈宠坏到！！！）如果我爸驾着ａｌｐｈａｒｄ　来我家，我儿子一定会问咯，“公公，我叫你驾ｖｏｌｖｏ为什么你驾ａｌｐｈａｒｄ来的！！？？为什么架蓝色不要驾白色的ａｌｐａｈｒｄ？（我爸还是故意买ａｌｐｈａｒｄ载两个宝贝孙的！）很够力宠坏！！　好了，话题越说越远了。。。

如果星期天不回娘家，两个宝贝就会要求我煮ＡｍｅｒｉｃａｎＢｒｅａｋｆａｓｔ在ｇａｒｄｅｎ吃。。很会享受吧！！　

第一次买了近来很红的Safe Egg，打开壳的时候，蛋白很奇怪，蛋白不是透明的！　以为是坏了，但又没有臭！应该是这样的吧！照吃！

午餐：太累了，出外打包算了吧！

I think she wrote very well after few months of class... can't believe that a 7 years old girl can write so well... too bad, she gave up after her 1st level, and her teacher also advised her that do not give up easily... after spoken to her teacher for 30 minutes.. my daughter told me :" mummy, i go into the class awhile, you wait for me ah"

Then I saw her talked to her teacher, and the teacher was so happy... guess what, my daughter told the teacher... "teacher, i will absent today for level 2, please wait for me next week, i will be back for level 2, i really need to rest and think properly, please don't forget me to attend the competition this year end"

(when on the way back home, i asked her, "eh what about your piano class and art class, i thought you said you don want calligraphy class and you want to go for piano class and art class"... she answered me," I really don't know how to decide and arrange la mummy, you decide for me la, i won't unhappy one as long as mummy happy whatever decision i also accept one"... )

这巧克力是特别给老公的公司新开张而做的。全场都叫赞！！当天，只是简单的ＢＢＱ，两百罐的啤酒，不知几多支的ｂｌｕｅ　ｌａｂｅｌ，　和红酒。。　这个开张很特别，来的人只需要穿上ｔ－ｓｈｉｒｔ和短裤。。　什么公司来的？？其实我老公是一位潜水教练。他放弃了接近ＲＭ１０，０００的经理职位，而转码头自己当老板！身为另一半的我，无话可说咯，当然是要ｓｕｐｐｏｒｔ他呀！其实，现在还好赚过拿ＲＭ１０，０００，现在有时间可以呆在家里陪陪我们。喜欢去那里就去哪里，不用在周末和一大堆的人挤来挤去！哈哈！人很矛盾的，老公每星期四到礼拜天都要出海！我又呱呱叫，但如果老公每天在家就代表没有收入咯！想怎样？！

好像有半年没有写blog 了。时间过得真快，我女儿好像就快上二年级了。我儿子也快要报名上一年级了。说到这样子，我是不是应该全职在家咯！（其实我差不多好像是全职在家，真不好意思每个月都有粮出给我，这么好的老板和老板娘那里找？！嘻嘻！）

一切由现在开始，得强迫自己写blog，那样我的两个宝贝才会有我最有价值的财产！

天啊！时间不早了！两个宝贝都还没冲凉，还没煮饭！想还是去pasar malam 解决吧！

H1N1 Attack!!

OH GOSH! Didn't buy any newspaper today, but received so many calls for telling me that "Hey, your daughter's school has got H1N1 attack, you didnt know meh?" I was abit blur, huh.. don't bother and don't care at all after hang up the calls just ring to school teacher, and our family doctor.... since our family doctor's daughter is same class with Ashley. I was telling the doctor, what can I do the next? Shall I bring Ashley to school since she has got sinus problem... Doctor told me that, just let her go to school as normal since there is only 1 case and don't worry too much, if the H1N1 really comes nobody can stop and control. why not I let Ashley consumes more Vitamin C, and drink plenty of water... I was like "errr... ok lor, let her go to school" after hang up the phone, quickly sms to my daughter's school teacher, ask her to call me if something goes wrong!!

Am I too kan cheong or what? But I guess if mothers here who read my blog will also do the same thing as me right? :)

Just pray hard, H1N1 please go away from us !!

Miscarriage

Supposed my expectation on 16-9-2010, we were happily and preparing everything for the 3rd baby. Especially my hubby, he was super duper excited for welcoming the baby, we were discuss we must throw a big party for this baby and factory will be closed as this was our plan for 2 years ago.

Unfortunately, on 8/2 morning I admitted hospital, doctor told that baby no more heart beat, baby size does not match the actual date..... hubby is the one who hurt the most at that time... my 2 kids were sad they keep on asking where is our "mei mei"? Hubby & me was thinking the best way to explain to them... luckily they are very understanding and behave themselves as I need to sit for confinement for 2 weeks, which mean I can't simply go anywhere & eat CNY junk food during CNY...

I told myself, I will marked this date 8/2/2010 in my life... She has left us, she doesn't want to become my baby and our family... what to do? ... life still go on....

Due to few incidents happened to my daughter in pre-school. Hubby and me decided to change the pre-school for my son next year.

Can you imagine a teacher was taped my daughter's mouth? can you imagine a teacher pulled my daughter's hair by asking her? can you imagine a teacher use an umbrella to beat my daughter's leg? My daughter did complaint to me many times about teacher taping her mouth... i called up the school but the principle and teacher denied. OK.. I thought my daughter telling lie... then last 2 weeks my daughter complaint to me the teacher pulled her hair... I thought she telling lie to me again.. I don't bother at all... after the next day.. she called me up, say the teacher using an umbrella beat her leg... but this time, I don't bother is true or not.. I got the feelings that thing is very serious... my daughter won't tell me lie again... i called up my husband and my husband can't tahan already, because all the while he doesn't want to get involved into all these complaints. And I also dont know what to do because the teacher and principle always denied that nothing is happened. I suggested to call up the school HQ to make complain rather to call up the principle and teacher, of course they don't admit what they have done to my daughter. My husband write-in and call up to the so called "more than 100 of franchise throughout Malaysia" pre-school. And the immediate next morning the franchiser came all the way from Mon't Kiara to have meeting with my husband and me. (they panic because my husband from Media industry). Anyway, everything is settled, my daughter and son still continue to study in the school, because my daughter is going to complete her study in 2 months time... so let her play with her friends But, my son we will transfer him to another pre-school next year onwards. I found this kindergarden www.littleinventor.net where near our house. Anyone knows about this school? What is your opinion?

Besides, there is a 1 month holidays program on November, plan to let my daughter to join in their class which cost RM300. Syllabus including cooking, baking, planting, swimming, playing sands, crafting and studying of course. And they will provide healthy food menu for parents ...... Sounds not bad ya ~

Now is the time for "blogging"... 30 minutes later I need to pick up my daughter from art class which held on every tuesday... later on, i need to travel to KL and delivery cheesecake for my customer... a little amount of income.. not everyday, but better than no $$$ into my pocket!! ha ha.. my concept is.. as long as the food is nice, price doesn't matter... the most important is my customer enjoy the food.. and they can recommend to other friends... because cooking and baking is my hobby since Form 4...

Guess what, when i drop off my daughter just now, my son was crying in the car, he said he wants to follow jiejie go to school... but i feel abit pai seh.. never pay for his art class fee... don dare to request 1 more time to let my son for free lesson again.. hehe ( i put my son to free art class last week )... so i have to fetch him to bakery shop for window shopping just now.. and he forgot about the art class thing ... now he is lying on the bed and watching "tom & jerry"... haha.. that's why i can blogging.. i will try my best to blog everyday from now... and will upload more photos soon...

I have been few months never update my blog due to working pressure and the position killed my life... mentally disturbed by the management, the new promoted position is good for me but I don't think I need to sacrify my family on weekend ~ after 1 month of sitting on the position, i decided to tender a letter~~ yes!!! hooray ~~ I'm not working anymore and sitting at home with kids and spend more time with them since April 2009. I feel so good now eventhough no income. I rather torture by my kids also don want to torture by the Dato & Datin ~~

I will not back to work so soon as i need to fully recover my health and refresh my working attitude then only i look for a job.... because Doctor mentioned that I have working depression... so, that's the reason why I resigned...

After 2 months resting at home, in fact my daily housework routine is very very busy just for my 2 kids ...

7am - clean the floor
7.30am - prepare kids school bag, breakfast, water, uniform
7.45am - wake them up, and make milk for them
8.am - need to keep calling them to brush their teeth, change uniform
8.15am - fetch them go to school
8:30am - go to morning market
9am - back home, and wash their clothes
- breakfast, then prepare lunch for them before they back home
11:30am - go to school and pick them up
11:40am - kids take shower
12noon - lunch with 2 kids
12:30pm - let them rest for 30 minutes then need to accompany them to do their homework.
2.00pm - force them to sleep, and they will normally wake up at 5pm
2:30pm - prepare dinner
3:30pm - Online
4:00pm - time to cook dinner
5:30pm - kids dinner
6:00pm - mop the floor
6:30pm - rest
7:00pm - dinner with husband
8:00pm - is time for me to rest !!~~~~~

(in very dangerous condition because i only woke up on the 4th day and little baby admitted to ICU for 10 days)

It was a headache day again to think where to eat for dinner every weekend!~ hmmmm... at last I suggested to Stadium Restaurant @ Jalan Yap Kwan Seng which is our favourites steamboat place..... We love this steamboat because they are using very traditional style which is using charcoal for the steamboat pot. They also very famous in seafoods, and they also serve very nice BBQ chicken wings, clams, and sotong. But i still love their fried crabs meehoon.~~

Just back to work today after the funeral.....

On Sunday morning... I woke up at 6am, I can't sleep, I feel uncomfortable so I went downstair watched TV till 7am.... phone rang suddenly... the call was a sad news... my cousin brother died in an accident.. he is only 23... the very very sad news in our family, he is very closed to us... stay with us, dinner and play with us since young... nothing to say more... dono what to say.... i only know that i am sad and pain... i lost my cousin brother... i'm speechless

Love Letter from Hubby

Very suprised to receive hubby's love letter last week. He told me that he doesn't know how to tell me, but he choosed to write a letter to me to express his feelings on me.

Hubby will be away to Bali on next march 2009 for his "Instructor Diving Course" for 3 weeks. I guess he feels that i'm unhappy because he will be away for us for 3 weeks. Yes, I feel abit insecure that my hubby is taking up his instructor course. It sounds good yea~ but after a qualified instructor he will be very often to dive, to teach every weekend. Of course I feel very insecure in our life in future. No one can guarantee our marriage life in future, who knows he met someone better than me right? That's why, In the letter, he asked me to be more confident on him, no matter how he would only think of me, think of his 2 adoarble kids... and especially i'm a understanding wife of him, coz he knows that not everyone can did or allow the husband to go to dive so often. Even his diver friends did ask the same question to him everytime when he goes to dive. (how come your wife never stop you to dive everytime? and how come can give permission? can teach us?)

What to do? ~~ Diving is my hubby's hobbies for long time ago. As a wife, I have to support him and I can't stop him, because I don't want him to regret in his life. For me, I only can pray everyday for him, dive safety.. and hope our relationship can

Invitation to watch Heroes @ TGV Pavillion, KL

We were invited by Maxis (my husband client) to watch the "heroes". I was kinda blur and not really interested into this movie, but no choice we have to attend the invitation by my husband's client lorrr..... must show our face lor... and not bad.. we got 4 sets of premium door gifts and some popcorns & softdrink by Maxis. I guess my 2 kids had alot of funs in the cinema. This was the 2nd time that Ashley have been entered into the cinema, but for Ian, that was his first time. We found that Ian sitting quietly and watch the big big TV with popcorns. After 45 minutes later, we would like to make a move, but Ian denied to go off (he likes the movie, or the big big TV?) But, we still brought 2 kids out from the cinema(coz the movie quite boring since I never follow the earlier version mar)

Although we are staying near Kajang but never been there to have the famous kajang till now. I heard this Haji Samuri Satay is very famous wor!~~ so I printed out the address from internet and luckily the daddy willing to look for the shop in Kajang. (dear, thanks for the patient)

While waiting for the take-away satays for our Mid-Autumn Celebration @ home, I quickly took few photos for the 2 kids and they were excited by seeing all these old vehicles. Especially Ashley, she keep asking me why the car like this one, why the car so big one, why the car display here one? why the car got 3 wheels one???? and of course we have to explain to her loo~....

2 of them very excited since to know that we giving them a festival party on that day. This is the 2nd time we celebrated mid-autum festival at our new house.
See, the daddy decorated all the lanterns after our dinner.
The son very nottie and brave. Instead of lantern, he rather plays on the candle and burn his own finger. (He never shout or cry when his finger is burned, but the sister was crying and screaming because she saw her brother finger black in colour)

My very best friend's son, Clement. How much Clement missed to play with my 2 kids. Clement played till doesn't want to go home. At night, he cried and asked his mommy to call my handphone just because he wanted to talk to Ashley and ask me whether allow him to come to my house to play with Ashley and Ian. I almost melted because he is so so so cute to me. I talked to his mom, why not you bring Clement to my house now? Then his mom told me :" Friend, see what's the time now?!!! 10.00pm!!!! no need to sleep meh?!!!" hahahahaha... no choice, I passed the phone to Ashley and let them chat for awhile.

Then the mom very nice, purposely arrange a early mid-autumn celebration for his son and my kids. How nice is this mommy!!! I solute his mommy, and of course I have to bring my kids to their house and we really enjoyed playing with the kids la!!~~

Weekend Lunch - Prawn mee

Baked Potatoes Pie

* cheng cheng** Another new recipe which is called "Baked Potatoes Pie". Husband & Me fall in love with this pie.

My own recipe :- (hope you can understand my recipe since i'm not taking from any recipe book)

Ingredients (A) :

1 can of Campbell Mushroom soup
1 can of Straw Mushroom (cut into small piece)
5 - 6 slices of chicken fillets (cut into small piece)
optional : you can also add-in sweetcorn/barley/carrot

Ingredients (B):

10 biji of medium potatoes - cut into small piece (depends on the size)
1/2 small packet of full cream milk (yourself to adjust)
2 thick slices of salted butter (yourself to adjust)
some salt
some pepper

Prepare Ingredients A - creamy mushroom soup base

1. Boil the chicken fillets & straw mushroom till cooked (koh lang hor). Then drain the chicken fillets & straw mushroom.
2. Then start boil with 1 can of mushroom soup and add-in 1/2 can of water into the soup. Stir well.
3. Then add-in the drained chicken fillets & mushroom. Stir well.
4. Put some pepper & add some black soy sauce to adjust the colour of the soup base.
5. After that, pour the creamy soup base into a baking tray or disposal baking tray. Leave aside.

Prepare Ingredients B - Potatoes.

6. Cut potatoes into small cube and boild till soft (easy to mash)
7. Drain the potatoes & mash the potatoes while the potatoes still hot.
8. Then add milk, salt, pepper, and butter into the mashed potatoes.

After all, put the mashed potatoes on top of the creamy mushroom base. Then bake the potatoes pie till golden brown. 160c (upper heat only) - 30 minutes

Look, he doesn't how to talk in proper word. He only managed to say "papa/mami/gong gong/popo/yeh yeh/mama/jiejie/yiyi mama/gorgor papa" .. "mum mum(eat)/cheh(go away in cantonese)/che ge(this one)".... "shh shh (small or big business also call shh shh)"

Last night, my MIL told me that Ian makes complaint to her by saying :" mama, yi yi mama ta(bit) jie jie".

I'm thinking of send him to nursery next month at least teacher can teach him how to talk, and train him to toilet. Otherwise, he will be very slow in his progress and development. He is 2 years and 3 months now. Can you imagine that 2 years old boy still cannot speak well? I'm kinda worried about him.

He loves fruits so much, and i forced to buy so many different types of fruits for him everyweek. Beside that, he also loves fresh cucumber, and fresh tomatoes. Tha'ts why I dont really worried about to get him some supplement such as Vitamin C. I believed that he is enough from all these fruits. But for Ashley, she refused to eat vegetables, fruits.. she is totally different from Ian.

And i have to make sure Ashley takes supplement Vitamin C at least 2 to 3 tablets per day as instructed by doctor.

Stir mixed vegetables - baby carrot, lady finger, mushroom, nai bak cabbage & prawn

(I cooked with more sauce because the kids can take the sauce with rice since I don't have time to boil the soup)

Luncheon meat - the kids love this very much

The kids are back from Penang. Daddy asked the daughter "Baby, what you want to eat tonight? Can we go and eat Hakka Lui-cha?" The daughter told the daddy :" I dont want to go to restaurant, we asked Mommy to cook at home la, i love mommy's cooking, i want to stay at home, outside no good la" ..... Hubby looked at me and tell me :"your daugther is the one want you to cook not me". Then I walked into kitchen and open the fridge see what i can cook tonight. Hmmm.. I took all the leftover veges and a can of Laucheon meat. That's for all as hubby asked to cook a simple dinner wor!~

These are the followings dishes that I had prepared after I back from work. And, hubby is the one who cook the rice if he back home earlier than me. I guess she is bigger gal now, she rather do all the art & craft things than play the marry go around with her little brother.

By the way, where is Ashley's gong gong? haha, guess what, my dad was busy in the shop named "barang barang". (I didn't come across this name till I saw this name from Agnes's blog) Guess what, my dad and mom bought so many things from barang barang and the quality is very good. It is very cheap for all the furniture as I can say very worth it since they have up to 70% discount.

Steamed Spicy & Sour Kam Cheong fish (thai style)

Ingredients : Tomatoes, Celery, Dried Mushroom, Asam, Salty Asam Mui (ham shui kat), Cili Padi, 2 bowls of water, and few drops of fish paste (yu lou)

(you can add some glass noodles too)

I have to cook for the whole week after work since in-laws and kids already back to hometown. My husband asked me no need to cook la as I alway go home late ever since I work in this new company. But I insisted to cook because I'm tired of "outside" food lor!!! I prefer homecook and I know and I can adjust the taste that I want lor~~ no matter how tired I am..... but the satisfaction after husband told me that the food is "yummy yummy" and he can actually eat 3 bowls of rice.... I called to Penang and talked to Ashley (Ian still don't know how to talk). I asked her "How are u?", "Are you happy there??", "Why you sound so sad?", "What happened to you?", "You don't like to stay in Penang?" I asked so many questions.... (if she is happy she will raise up her voice one, but these 2 days her voice was so down and sounded not happy) I know, I know, she is not happy at all. She only answered me after my questions :" Mommy, I want to come back to with you, I missed you so much, can you take leave and come to Penang meet me? I want you, I want you (she cried on the phone, and my tears dropped too) , I want you sleep with me"

This is the first time she missed me so much when she back to Penang. She is growing up, she knows that she will missed me so much.. I bet she will not back to Penang with my in-laws after this trip....

My 1st time Homemade Siu Loong Pau

Ashley has been asking for "siu loong pau" for 2 weeks ago. We brought her to restaurant and she grabbed the whole 4 pcs of siu loong pau. After the day, I decided to learn "homemade siu loong pau" for Ashley since she loves it so much.

I steamed 12 pcs and she finished 6 pcs of siu loong pau. Imagine how much she loves it eventhough I don't think is the perfect homemade siu loong pau, but I really feel Happy because she told me that : " Mommy, please do more for me next time, I love Mommy's cooking". I feel so satisfied after she told me that.. and I will keep it up my cooking skills.... and everytime after she finished the food that cooked by me, she will tell me " Mommy, i love your cooking, and the food so delicious, i love to eat at home rather than restaurant" ... after she told me.. i almost melted...

I was having lunch with colleagues in old town PJ. Suddenly my phone rang.

Hubby : Harloo, B ah, what colour you like ah, got black, light blue, silver, and pink, which one you like ah?

Me : Huh, why? what you buy? why choose colour one? ( in my heart i was thinking of hubby getting me a new car meh? so surprise one geh?) errrr.... black la, depends on what you buy la, if car i like black or silver la... depends la....

Hubby : aiyah..., i asked you what color you like why you tell me so many things.. ok la ok la.. black colour ok!!! bye

(after hang up, i was thinking la, shit la, what car he want to buy wo~~ why got pink colour one.. lucky i told him i want black, safer ma!! hahaha)

At 6:30pm waiting for hubby to come down from office and go home together (we are working in the same area) later, I saw him keep on smiling to me and walking towards me..

Hubby preferred to buy me those technologies toys than handbags for my birthday present lo, he said woh, i can learn new things rather than he buy me handbags or watches. But he still will buy me handbags and shoes sometimes. Maybe he think that it is not meaningful if he buy me handbags again for my birthday so he rather buy me camera or ipod.

Today is Ian 2nd Birthday. No special arrangement for him as my 2 kids "pantang" and from my experienced of Ashley birthday party for the past 3 years really make me guilty. I used to give her a very big party for her, and from her age of 1 till 3 years old, she fell into sick and remembered of her age of 2, she admitted to hospital after celebrated her birthday. After the incident, I decided not to give them any special birthday party anymore. Is true, I believed from that, I don't want to make my kids suffer anymore. That's why I don't mind to spend or pay more on their special customized birthday cake.

Since hubby has got the mood of bring kids for swimming last weekend. WHY not? So, I quickly packed all the things the day before. That was Ian very first time to swim in the pool. He was extremely happy and he is refused to use lifebuoy nor arm ring. He requested to jump into the pool. OMG!! I was so exciting than 2 kids & hubby.. ahaha... 2 kids play in the pool so happily, and I'm the only one who walk surronding the pool up there.... Hubby asked me don't have to be so excited, the kids can handle themself (I was shouting when I see them fell down) You can imagine my "kan cheong" face... haha

I was in construction company for more than 7 years. So happen, I resigned from a Big 5 company and join a totally new brand singapore company (environmental/waste management) in Malaysia. And today, I tender my resignation from this company for the tenure of 6 months here. Why? I love this working environment, I love the flexibility working hours, I love is because 5 days work. I love everything here. But the stablelization of the company. Therefore, I forced to leave and look for better career, liable, and stablelization company. Yes!! I found a new job!! back to construction company again, and I feel I have more confident and experienced in construction company and I have to back to 5 1/2 days work. Construction always the same, because projects site are running 7 days. I have to keep on track for the project. Is very tired if you are currently work 5 days a week, and now back to 5 1/2 days a week. I actually wanted to refuse the offer because of 5 1/2 days but my hubby asked me to accept the offer. He don't mind I work on Saturday because we actually work for our commitments and for our kids. If a company is unsecure, then I have no point to stay in the company eventhough it is a 5 days work company. This time, I listened to my husband and I accepted the offer. Many friends advised me not to accept the offer because I have to work on Saturday. I think I better listened to my husband and he is very understanding hubby so far. Perhaps I love my new job and wish myself all the best!

I thought this action is illegal? and I thought if someone burn rubbish will got summon???How come people still dare to do so? Furthermore, it was just at the main roadside (the house is facing the highway) Is she brainless? or Is she the house owner or she is a maid of the house? Owner asked to "bakarkan sampah tu kat luar rumah!" ?? Anyway, she looks like a maid of the house!

One word to decribed this "brainless". I don't kow how do you feel when you see this happen near to your house area? I kinda extremely ANGRY, because how can you burn rubbish in the town!!! Where is the police?

My sister finally getting married with her boyfriend. Her first puppy love, i guess!! haha.. All of us are envy of my sister, because she has got her lovely, caring husband. Not only caring on my sister but all of us!!! Look, every decision making is all under my sister controlled. Not my sister wanted to but her husband giving all the controls to her!!! My sister always in very high expectation for her personal or individual things. And of course, my sister would like to have a very grand and wonderful wedding, therefore, her husband brought her to Hong Kong to have this fantastic and wonderful wedding potraits.... i can say, my sister is very lucky to have this husband. Look! Ian got punished by Daddy!! Why?

Ian always bully jiejie and hit & bite jiejie almost everyday!! Hubby "beh ta-han" his son always repeat the same thing by bitting jiejie. That's why Ian falsed to sit infront of the "Buddha".

Besides, whenever Ian did the wrong things, himself will automatically sit infront of the buddha. (he knows he did the things wrong!!)
